Rankin Locksmith replied promptly. Gave me estimates over the app. Showed up on time. He was up front and transparent about what he was charging. The rate was incredibly reasonable. At one point before he used a spray to lubricate the lock he stopped and asked if I was allergic or sensitive to smells. I found that quite nice to be so considerate. In sum I’d recommend this business whole heartedly.
