I purchased my first house and was about to leave town and I needed a locksmith quickly to change all of my locks. My colleague referred me to Mr. Rankin because he was “a great guy” so I called him. He agreed to come out to change all my locks even though I asked him last minute. Mr Rankin not only changed my locks but also educated me on the different types of locks and also how to globally assess my home security risk. He also educated me on places in my home that I was vulnerable to intrusion. He also caught that my locks had other “wafers/balls” in it that allowed the locks to be opened by a previous master key. That worried me a lot because I had no idea. He took out the wafers/balls that allowed another master key to work and relieved my fear.
